Vaporus Replacement Program | Required Shipping Information
Below, you will find a form that details your shipment information. We require all fields filled in order to facilitate a pre scheduled FedEX package pickup at your establishment.
Please input your contact information and all shipping metrics to ensure a one-time shipment; if the box sizes, weights or address are/is incorrect, FedEX reserves the right to refuse the package and it will be returned to your address. Should this occur, you are responsible for shipping your Vaporus products to our warehouse facility for re-packaging.
The deadline to submit this form is: Monday, July 16, 2018.
Your pre-scheduled package pickup is on Friday, July 20, 2018 from the hours of 9am to 5pm, local time. Please have a responsible person available at the pickup location at this date and time with the ready-to-ship package. In the package, we ask that you include all Vaporus products that require repackaging.
Upon completing the form, you will be contacted by your Vaporus Account Manager to confirm your request.
